Terms of use
By using Bada you agree to these terms. We keep them short and plain.
The service
Bada lets you create private albums, invite guests to upload photos, and publish a link-only gallery. The host controls the album; guests contribute under those rules.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Do not share access with unauthorized people.
Content
Only upload photos and videos you have the right to share and that the people in them would agree to. Illegal, abusive or rights-infringing content is not allowed, in particular any intimate or sexual image of a person without their consent, including images created or altered with AI, and any sexual content involving minors. Bada does not generate images with AI. We remove such content as soon as we learn of it, close the account and, where the law requires, report it to the authorities. Report it to support@bada-album.app.
Acceptable use
Do not use Bada for spam, attacks, abusive scraping, or to bypass plan limits. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying you ask us to activate the album immediately. Within 14 days of purchase (the withdrawal period of article 104 of Spain's General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which transposes EU Directive 2011/83/EU) you can ask for a full refund by writing to support@bada-album.app, as long as no more than 3 guests have taken part in the album (what the free plan allows); we return it to the same payment method. The album is not deleted: it goes back to the free plan, with its photos and guests. If more than 3 have taken part, the service you paid for is being provided and there is no refund. The same applies to plan upgrades, counting the size the album had before the upgrade.
How long albums are kept
Each album is kept for a year after it first closes (reopening uploads does not extend it) and then deleted with its photos and videos; an album that is or was private is kept a year from its creation if that comes first. An album can collect photos for at most a year after it is created. We remind you 30 and 7 days before deletion. If you delete it yourself, it is permanently removed after 30 days. “Keep forever” (one payment) removes the deletion date: the album is kept for as long as Bada runs the service, and if we ever stopped, we would tell you in good time to download it. It can be refunded within 14 days; the album would get a deletion date again.
Limitation
Bada is provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service or loss of photos.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a material change means you accept the version published on this page.
